    Yes! We have free shipping to most of Australia.
  • Who do you ship with?
    We ship exclusively with TOLL.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    We aim to ship all orders within one business day. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • How do I track my order?
    All our batteries are shipped with tracking, check your email for your tracking number and visit the link provided. If you’ve not received an email, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Get in touch with us via the contact us link at the bottom of the page. Please note, we cannot cancel orders or accept returns on orders that have been shipped.

    what is the warranty period?
    LiTrek guarantees the quality of its batteries for 5 years from the purchase date. Warranty on workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Visit our warranty page to view LiTrek's warranty policy in full. www.litrek.com.au/pages/warranty
  • How do I make a warranty claim?
    Visit our warranty page and follow the link. If you're having trouble with your battery and we're unable to resolve the problem remotely, we might ask you to return your battery to be inspected. Instructions vary region by region, we'll give you instructions via email.
