Our shipping policy
We want to get you your LiTrek Battery as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get yourself charged up and out on your next adventure. Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Shipping times
Shipping timings vary from state to state. We aim to ship orders placed before midday AEST, same day. Delivery estimates and tracking will be provided by email once your order is shipped.
Our Returns policy
If you've chagned your mind or arent sure a LiTrek battery is for you, get in touch with us and we'll endeavour to find a solution for you. Please note, we will not accept returns on batteries that have been charged/discharge or fitted. excluding warranty claims.
